I am a licensed professional counselor (LPC) with almost ten years of experience working with individuals that range in age from 3 years old to 93 years old. I meet the client where they are in their journey to assist them with establishing the goals that they wish to achieve and the action plan to get there together.

My education includes social work, psychology, and mental health counseling degrees. My experience in these areas has allowed me to understand the client and also how the person is affected by their relationships.

Our work together includes addressing personal experiences, family experiences, and community influences. I utilize a variety of therapeutic modalities that include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused Brief Therapy, Narrative Therapy, and Acceptance and Commitment therapies. I integrate other modalities as needed. I am a highly trained and very skilled clinician. I cannot wait to work with you!
